Doing the breath work exercises, when I was finished and coming out of it, I looked over at my kitty cat and she was in a daze looking up at my crown chakra just staring up into that space like she was mesmerized. I wonder what she saw. I felt totally blissed out. I love these exercises, thank you so much! 🧡

To those that came to the Workshop last night, HOW EPIC WAS THAT!? Hundreds of us gathering from all over the world to feel, to heal, and to breath. I truly got to see the power of the breath and the power that we all have within us.
