im not sure if im on the right path
back when i first found out P*rn at 13 I didnt know it was bad it reached to a point where i was masturbating 6-7x a day after a year i realized how bad it is from people talking online about it long story short i wanted to stop completley realzied thats not possible but regardless i was trying my best now that im 18 its like once or twice a week max sometimes once every 2 weeks and but its like when the urge comes i cant control it its like im unconscious like im out of control and when i finish i feel guilty and frustrated at myself what do i do to control the urge or stop it or whatever i need to do

Nothing to do
Yo so basically ever since I started taking care of myself and not playing video games all day and using my phone so much, if come to a realization; I have nothing to do. My family doesn’t go out often and my day is comprised of, waking up, washing my hands face, brushing my teeth, going outside for about half an hour, eating, going for a walk, doing light calisthenics, depending on if I have gym that day, go to the gym, eventually eat lunch and then dinner, I try to fill the gaps with talking to my siblings, research and if I have any plans, doing that, but otherwise, I’m kind of down to just staring at the ceiling the rest of the day and it’s gotten kind of boring so I’m just wondering what do people do all day. If you have any good recommendations that sort of tie in with the whole bettering myself as a person I’d appreciate it. Thank you

Verry simple to Fix This Go in your room close the door remove all distractions get a piece of paper and a pen write down 10-25 things you want to achieve by the end of the year example: Health,Finance,Relationships your probably gonna stop at 4 or 5 but dont stop until you get a minimum of 10 then once you do get 10-25 choose Top 3 most important ones then spend your entire day working towards those 3 goals

Started to understand and to work on myself and my goals,then I had a feeling of complacency.DONT BE LIKE ME BROTHERS,I’ve wasted 6 months because of that feeling.Try to control your emotions and never get complacent,there is always room for improvement.

How much Fat is ok and how much fat is bad?
i think im eating around roughly 120g of fat a day is that too much or is it ok? im not eating processed foods i only eat it sometimes maybe once a week if i have to i only eat clean whole foods so lmk if its alot
