Most of my background is in building AI automations for businesses, and over the last few months I’ve been experimenting with how AI can actually remove work from investors’ day-to-day, not add more tools or overwhelm you. A quick win I wanted to share:I recently helped a fellow investor automate her entire “listing → screening → communication” flow. She posted her property and it got leased within 3 days, without her having to manually message a single person. Everything ran in the background — inquiries, screening, follow-up, scheduling — all handled by AI. Seeing how much time and stress that saved her is what made me want to jump deeper into this space. Right now I’m still new here and learning a lot from this community, so I’m building these systems very affordably while I refine everything and gather more feedback.
