RicFit 100 Day 1
Hey guys, I have decided to do the 100 day challenge, my goal is to reach my club’s higher level team by 2025, I have trained with them a few times but there is still some work to do. Yesterday was Day 1: Gameday: I played pretty well, scored a hattrick and the game was won 7-0, the teams weren’t very evenly matched but it was fun nonetheless lol. Positives: -Calm under pressure -Good aggressiveness and playing with instincts Negatives: - Defensive awareness positioning, needs improvement - Timing the jumps on attacking headers I know you will say this is too late but I’m not doing this for the rewards but for the improvement and change that I want in my life Day 2 next πŸ’ͺ🏼

Game Day
I go to bed at 9:45 p.m and get up 5:45 a.m. Is that good just at game days I get up in 8:00 am Or 7:30.

DONE βœ”οΈ Morning πŸŒ„- gym ( upper body). Afternoon- team training ( 11 vs 11), pass workout. Evening πŸ™- abs, stretching, hip mobility.
