Manifestation Challenge is LIVE!
Hello community! I'm thrilled to let you all know that the 28-day Manifestation Challenge is LIVE in the Classroom. It's a paid challenge because when people pay, they are more likely to play. In early January, I was gifted a book by my good friend and yogi, @Samantha Gerson - Into the Magic Shop by Dr. James Doty. It was exactly what I needed. It got me thinking very deeply about what I want to manifest in my life. Not just for 2025 but, the long term. The vision that keeps coming to me is a repeat of a vision from a few years ago. Two weeks later, I went to Othership in New York City on a Saturday night with a friend I met at BioCulture, @Leah Sindelar. Othership is an experience - group sauna and cold plunge, either guided or free flowing. We took a guided class called Rose, Bud, Thorn. The gist was the thorn is what gets in your way, the bud is what you want to be, and the rose is you being it and doing it - the blossomed version of YOU. It was powerful. And the same vision came up again. So, I'm going all in on manifesting the shit out of the vision and I'm inviting you along for the ride. Here's the deal. Our brain works in crazy ways. Like... super crazy! Visualizing what you want is THE BEST WAY to get it! Stay with me, this is a little long.... In short, here's what I mean: #1 - Visualization activates your Brain’s RAS. The Reticular Activating System (RAS) is a network of neurons in your brain that acts as a filter for information. It decides what gets your attention based on what you focus on. For example - Ever decide that you want a small red SUV and then all of a sudden, you keep seeing small red SUV’s all over the road? That’s your RAS. How it works: When you visualize your goals, you program your RAS to prioritize opportunities, ideas, and connections that align with your vision. For example, if you’ve visualized becoming a songwriter, your brain is more likely to notice an open mic night or a networking opportunity with music professionals.

Eudemonia Recap
Brian and I are just heading back from a weekend in Palm Beach at the Eudemonia Summit where we worked out with some rockstars like Don Saladino and Gabrielle Lyon. We ate dinner with founder of The Class - Taryn Tooney and meditation gurus Natalie Hues and Kevin Courtney. We learned from Andrew Huberman, Mark Hyman, Gabrielle Lyon, Sara Gottfried, Cynthia Thurlow, JJ Virgin, Calley Means and participated in some therapies by ShiftWave, PulsePEMF, Ammortal and Therasage Cold Plunge. We will be sharing all the key takeaways in this group over the next few days as we review our notes, the goodie bags and the products we picked up throughout this incredible weekend. One key takeaway: if you want to live a long, healthy life, find others who share that passion and spend as much time with them as you can. It’s contagious.

Can’t wait to hear all about it.
Is this all it takes?
There is so much information out there on all the things we can do to live longer healthier lives. Sometimes I wonder if it's just as simple as: - 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night - Lifting weights 4-5x/week - 5-10k steps per day - Eating 90% Clean with .7 - 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight - Hydrate with salt/electrolytes - Know your data so you can supplement where necessary What would you add?
