What is ONE problem if solved, would solve 100 other problems?
People always struggle with the below challenges. 1 - “I don’t have or know how to use video production equipment (editing software too)” 2 - “I don’t have time” 3 - “I don’t know what to say on video." Lack of confidence or don't know your audience 4 - “I struggle with consistent content production” 5 - “I’m confused with how the YouTube algorithm works” 6 - “What’s my ROI? Will my YouTube efforts create lead generation?” 7 - “How do I promote videos after posting?” 8 - "My niche is too competitive on YouTube" 9 - "I don't have a large enough following to succeed on YouTube" 10 - "I’m worried about receiving negative comments or criticism." Does this cover everything? Is there anything missing? Do you have a blocker that I should add to this list??????

Permission to Succeed: It’s All About Mindset! ☀️This past month has been a revelation☀️ After embracing Andrew Murdoch's post "What is the ONE problem if solved, would solve 100 other problems? Solving the MINDSET problem I've seen a dramatic shift in my workflow and output. The result? A video submission to Derral & Juston that sailed through without a single revision! Derral said to find my Heart! Everyone I help, that knows me feels my heart, I am raw and real. I now found my voice and my heart! ☀️But here’s the real secret: I started meeting friends daily at the beach. Yes, every single day! It seemed counterintuitive at first, but this simple change allowed me to relax, let ideas marinate, and approach work with a rejuvenated spirit. Surprisingly, I accomplished more by giving myself the space to breathe, be grounded, in the moment and be present. 😎 Takeaway: Success isn’t just about building systems or perfecting skills—it's about setting the right mindset and finding balance. Give yourself permission to succeed by taking care of your mental well-being and watch how everything starts to flow. PS the quantity, all those reps helped with the flow too

You Have to Work Through It… At first, it’s about doing the reps—quantity over quality. But the real magic happens when you start peeling back the layers. All the answers are within, like an onion—you just have to work through each layer to reach success. PS I just had a massive breakthrough and working it right now💜

Andrew, I really appreciate your insight into how different types of views can impact YouTube growth, and I think you’ve sparked an important conversation. - For me, it’s all about staying in my own lane and intentionally working towards long-form content success. - While I agree that different views hold different weight (organic vs paid, returning vs new), I believe that for my content, the key is to focus on suggested and recommended traffic sources. Sometimes I have to start with Search traffic but aim to be suggested. - I’m looking to attract viewers that the algorithm finds, not by driving there myself. - I also aim to grow organically, with a focus on turning new viewers into loyal, returning ones. - It’s a process where I prioritize quantity first—learning through each video and focusing on improving by at least 1% with every upload. Over time, this builds the quality I’m looking for, but it starts with understanding what resonates. I’m with you on volume doesn’t necessarily equal quality, but my approach is that consistent quantity helps me learn faster and adapt to what viewers want. Once I’ve got a solid foundation, the quality naturally improves. For me, the journey is about slow, steady growth with an organic, loyal base. - That being said, I think we both agree on the importance of targeting the right viewers and not just focusing on subscriber counts. In the end, it’s about building a real connection and creating content that resonates with those who stick around, not just chase numbers. Thanks for sharing your perspective!
