Lately, I've been interacting with @Daniel Reynolds & @Siebren de Vos on Twitter. It's been so much fun, but sometimes they don't show up in my feed. So, I created a Synthesizer Twitter List to see their Tweets. (and yours) Add your Handel to this post, and I'll add you to the Synthesizer Twitter List. Cheers

@Zain Miah you can start by just talking to your phone camera. Just kind of like as if you're taking a selfie and just say anything you can think of. You'll be really self coutious at first but do it a few times and then you'll realize that nobody around you gives a shit. This excercise helped me I hope it helps you

@Zain Miah yeah but one thing that is sure is if you do it often you'll get desensitized to the feeling and you'll feel alot more comfortable doing it

ANNOUNCEMENT: Synthesizer University is coming…
I love masterminds. The best phases of my life have all been after I joined a mastermind. . - It was a mastermind that encouraged me to upload my first YouTube video (Only God knows where I’d be now if I hadn’t). - It was a mastermind that embedded in me the principles needed to grow my YouTube channel to 600,000+ subs. - And it was a mastermind that helped me how to grow from $2,000/month to $30,000/month in six months. And then later brought me all the way to financial freedom (peak $100,000/month). (I talk about these masterminds in this, and this video.) . It seems that whenever I join a good mastermind, my life has a severe upgrade. I’m not 100% sure why masterminds are so effective for me. But whatever the answer, but one thing has always been clear to me: When the time is right, I need to start a mastermind. And now is that time. . Introducing: SYNTHESIZER UNIVERSITY. Entry requirements: - You are a Consultant earning $10,000+/month - Or an Educational Content Creator with 10,000+ subscribers/followers (If you don't meet these requirements, sorry. Please read message below.) . Synthesizer University is a mastermind to help you: - Magnify your impact - Grow a large loyal audience (loosely defined at 100,000+ Subscribers/followers) - Reach Financial Freedom quicker (loosely defined as $1m cash) - And to help you build something beautiful… The internet is the canvas. You are the artist. Let's paint something magical. - By mastering the new META for the Great Online Game (the game you’re playing) . THE NEW META - The Synthesizer Model:

This is amazing, absolutely a game changer. Thank you for a community like this in the first place this community encouraged me to post my first video🙏.In the meantime I'll work on qualifying into the university Thanks again Andrew!
Finally created my first video!
well this is for someone who is still overthinking and over debating to do or not to do what could happen after all? just go do it you already know you'll regret not doing it so don't waste time. I don't know any video quality that could be more worse than this lol

Empty your mind
https://youtu.be/qdXFeyzq7HE I watched this video from dan koe which I found insightful I taught i just share here He talked about emptying your mind So he said there is a default mode network in the brain ( DMN ) this is the part of the brain that activates as soon as people stop concentrating on external tasks and shift from outward focus to inward focus Emptying your mind means letting the default mode network take over and this happens when you’re meditating at the gym or journaling when you let the DMN takeover that’s when you have insights or a discovery or you remember something and your subconscious mind brings a solution to your conscious mind So i found this really interesting because for the past 28 days I’ve been journaling everyday and I experienced what dan koe was saying on multiple occasions Because anytime I find myself worrying about a problem I need solutions to,I don’t quit get the solution right away But during journaling i just find myself figuring out a solutions to the roadblock I’m encountering it’s kind of like my brain just came up with the solution to the problem
