Dairy
What are you guys opinions on dairy on the carnivore diet? This is so polarizing normally I’m just curious what you guys think about it. I love dairy but it doesn’t love me back lol!

I find cheese is a nice treat to help me stay in the diet sometimes. Milk and cream both on occasion.
