@Nevin Sabet you haven't been added to the Wetube SS group yet (where the content is). We'll get to your order soon. This is. what you'll have access to

Hi, I hit a ceiling on the amount of videos that I can add to a classroom. I was not aware there was a limit and just looked through the help center and there is nothing about it. We like to run our education with short / sharp / quick videos instead of long form videos for teaching - Can you tell me what the limit is per classroom? - Is that limit for each classroom or if I create a new course within the same classroom then does tht expand the amount of vidoes? - Is there a way to increase this limit because its an issue?

The limit is per course. There is no limit of courses per group.

Is it possible to decide which group are in the top of all the Skools one is a part of? I can't seem to find anything about that option like pinned groups on Facebook where you can choose which ones to be in the top and which ones to be in the bottom. Would be nice :-)

We just shipped some new gamification features to make things more fun! • Custom level names: Personalize your group by naming your levels. • Unlock courses at levels: Unlock a course or something of value when members hit a high level. • Leaderboard redesign: Now you can see your progress and what you can unlock as you level up. Watch the Loom video below for more info on how it works and how to set it up for yourself. This is an experimental feature we're playing with, so we want to hear your feedback! Try it out for yourself and let us know what you think?

Hey team! New features to help you use Skool as a "group funnel" to get customers: 1. Membership questions — Ask new members questions to see if they're a good fit for your group. 2. Zapier integration — Zap the membership questions/answers to your CRM with Zapier. 3. Member's emails — Now you can see your member's emails and search for them. 4. Social links — Add your social links to your user profile. See who's in your group and what they're like. Watch the video below to see how these new features work. Enjoy! Let us know what you think?

For high volume groups one of the main features we've used in Facebook groups is the ability for all posts having to be approved by an admin or moderator. Possibly a useful feature to add to control the inflow of posts in groups?

Thanks for the suggestion, @Yasin Arshad! We can totally do that, but we don't want to base any of our product decisions on hypothetical future needs, only real needs. So we'll probably wait till we see a need emerge before we do this.

@Evan Fisher I hear you. We'll get to these tools soon :)

Any predictions for what it'll be? My guess: an annual option, 20-30% off.

@Sam Ovens @Sid Sahasrabuddhe Hey guys, I started onboarding customers to my skool group and 99% of my customers only operate on their mobile phone. One problem we are running into is when they answer the membership questions, they can't scroll down and SUBMIT the answers. I've attached a photo. It doesn't allow you to scroll down on the screen and enter submit. Thoughts?

@Amy Campbell not yet, because we honestly haven't seen the need. You get a sense of group/post/category engagement by looking at the group/post/category itself.

@Dorian Vida thanks for sharing your feedback :)

In my opinion, it would it make more sense if Skool's 'Sets' were called 'Modules', and Skools current 'Modules' were called 'Lessons'?

Hi @Sam Ovens Tribe is shutting down its free offer leaving users with 2 choices : - Move to the 599/month yearly payment - Move ⁣to another platform I was wondering if there was an opportunity for Skool through a YouTube video or a blog / medium / tweet post to position itself. Saying something like hey, Tribe users, we got you, join Skool Here is their message users are going to be pissed off. ---- Hi Khan, We wanted to get in touch with you and inform you about important changes that will impact your Mouvement des Extraordinaires community. Effective January 31st, 2023, Tribe is discontinuing support and access to customers on Tribe’s Basic (free) plan. Tribe is contacting you as your community is impacted by this change. What are your options: Move to Tribe’s new version: over the past year, Tribe increased the value of the platform significantly. New features, integrations, and capabilities of the product enabled our company to evolve and package our product and pricing in a more robust way. With that, Tribe no longer offers a free plan and the new pricing reflects plans that start at an entry price of $599/month with an annual commitment. You can talk to our Sales team by replying to this message and evaluate whether it will suit your community's needs. Evaluate another community platform: if Tribe’s pricing is not suitable for you, we have included a helpful resource, CommunityScout, which can help you evaluate and select the most suitable community platform based on your needs and budget. What will happen to your community information: Effective January 31, 2023 it will no longer be accessible on Tribe and will be deleted from Tribe’s servers. As a result, we highly recommend that you go and export your data from your community if you want to have a backup of everything. You can export your members and content by going to the Admin Panel > Reports > Export. Thank you for building your community with Tribe Platform over these past few years. We hope to see you on our new platform version!

Hey @Sam Ovens Using Skool for the last 6 months. We've used the 'regular' content platforms + FB groups for our coaching programs we run here in India. Currently using Skool for our eCommerce coaching program and our experience has been amazing. 1. Our clients love it. They find Skool very structured and organised. In the last 6 months we've had 200 clients joining our portal, we've got 600+ posts and massive engagement within. 2. We love it. Everything is so simple, structured and organised for us as coaches. Having the community in one place, the calendar in one place and even the classroom. This really removes the need of content management platforms, FB groups and manual calendar invites for our QnA calls. It kind of feels like having our own closed space where we can do our own stuff. Build a new world of ours. Moreover, the platform is very simple. It feels like even a little baby could operate it with the use of simple toggle buttons. Really happy as an online coach. The skool platform has become a major selling point within our core offer. Thank you! And even happier as an entrepreneur for you. I've already recommended Skool to so many of my friends in the space. Without even feeling the need to share my referral link, because I feel the platform is really good. More power to you and the team <3

We just pushed a new update — Contextual Members Search — now you can search for members by name or keyword. Want to see if there’s anybody in the group in the real estate niche? Search for “real estate” and we’ll show you the members who match! This is a surprisingly powerful feature. You may have seen posts in the FB group saying: “Is there anybody in here in the X niche?” Yeah, this solves that.

Join the office hours call on Tuesday. All will be revealed there 🙂

Announcing https://skool.directory/ While browsing Skool and thinking about how to be a good affiliate for the platform, I found a number of threads around the discovery of groups: - https://www.skool.com/community/group-directory - https://www.skool.com/community/recommended-communities - https://www.skool.com/community/free-skool-communities I also feel like none of the Skool marketing describes how mature and well adopted the platform is. It's only through Google I can see how many groups exist the number of users, and whether they are active. As such I've built a directory for Skool: https://skool.directory/ I hope to solve a couple of problems with directory: 1. Make discovery of other communities easier 2. Bring visibility to the fact that Skool is a well adopted and popular platform I find it very interesting to see how many groups there are and how popular they are (there are some groups with thousands of users). I have plans to do more, but I would like to hear feedback and what you think. So please let me know. And of course, if you're an admin -- please feel free to submit your group!

@Brandon Simmons 1. We're adding an export feature soon. 2. If you use the Calendar feature, we automatically email all your members notifying them of the call the day before.

Hi all – I work with universities and multiple people at each school. I send an initial Google Form for the contacts who will be accessing the training. When they submit the form, I've created a Zap with the Webhook to automatically invite them. I can see the responses of the other users in the Google Sheets responses. That being said, I'd like to double check each email to ensure each member is aligned with a university who is a client. And, if they ever invite other staff or students, I'd like to verify they are part of the university. So can I currently see member email addresses? When I'm approving pending members, will I be able to see them? Let me know if I need to clarify this. Thanks Team, Skool is absolutely unbelievable and is seriously a game changer for my businesses. Now you can earn 40% of monthly recurring revenue by referring people to Skool. Refer 3 people and Skool becomes an income stream, not a cost. Watch the video below to see how it works. How to refer people: Go to "User settings" --> "Referrals" tab --> Copy/paste your referral link --> Done! Note: You can only refer people if you've got a paid group on Skool. Check it out and let us know what you think? 💰💰💰
