Hey everyone, I have a client: We reached his core wound - “there’s something wrong with me” / “I’m defective” / “I’m not okay.” We sat with the pain and emotion, released the program, I also did corrective/healthy parenting, we met the paradox inside the “defective identity” and how it creates an unsafe experience even though it originally developed to create safety… But a part of him still believes it and refuses to let go of the feeling that he’s defective. What am I missing? What additional tools should I work with?

Hey all, anyone following a structure or script that helps them dismantle internal programs? Lets say I go to a past moment where I feel like a victim - are there specific questions in a specific order you follow to help break through it? Such as: 1. Am I sure this is absolutely true? 2. How is this serving me? Etc etc… Would love to hear, and discuss, some of your methods and scripts!
