Guys, I’ve been struggling to figure out whether I’m locking up deals at a bad price or if I just have bad cash buyers. Here’s a deal I just lost 👇👇 Please help me analyze why I lost this deal! Here’s what I need help with: take a look at the deal and let me know what you would’ve locked it up for and how much you would’ve sold it for. Basically, if you were in my position, what would your MAO be, and what’s the least you’d sell it for, and what kind of cash buyer would you sell it to?
