👩🏻‍💻⚡️ Anti-hustle tech stack
As a multi-passionate mom-preneur of three keiki (kids), my anti-hustle systems are centered around my tech stack. These are the daily apps and programs I log into to make sure I get sh*t done with a regulated nervous system: [ ] Slack: **business only** communication -- I do my very best to keep business conversations out of my texts [ ] Notion: literally my second brain [ ] BrainTap: meditation and light therapy [ ] ChatGPT + Claude: my creative idea co-pilot What about you guys? What programs + platforms keep you sane?

@Pumehana Palmer Curious how you use Notion to its full capacity. It's so versatile and flexible, you can really do anything with it, but that means getting everything figured out in a way you want it to is that much more challenging. I used to use the free plan kind of like Evernote, I hit the content cap pretty fast, and eventually stopped using it. I use Google Workspace a lot; my sanity comes from my Google Calendar. I am proud of my email labeling system not because it is good but because it took a while to build to where it is right now... I'm experimenting with ZOHO One (a suite of software all in one subscription, flagship being their CRM) to see how much of my tech stack can be consolidated into this one subscription.

Happy Monday, entrepreneurs! This is a big week in the Palmer household. Well, only mom and dad know that it's a big week for now. This Friday, we're surprising the kiddos with a trip to Disneyland on Friday. I've been planning this since March and I can't believe it's finally here. Eeeeek! As I transition into the final stage of prep (laundry, packing, hyperventilating, etc.), my intention for the week is: 📋 "LINE BY LINE" The only way I've been able to survive is by utilizing my Notion project planner (Link to buy. It's on sale!) As I go about my day juggling my businesses, house chores, and nervous system, I want to simplify things by reminding myself that everything will get done when I go line by line. Your turn!! Let us know what you're focusing on this week and how we can support you! ⇩⇩⇩

It's a new week, entrepreneurs! Where's you attention and focus going, this week? Drop your weekly intention in the comments below! 👇👇👇 This week, by business partner and I are tracking to get the contract signed with our first client and submit a proposal to another one! Eeek! 🤩🤩🤩 And with the surprise Disneyland trip for our kiddos quickly approaching next week, I find myself feeling scattered and not knowing what takes priority, and when. So, my intention for this week is: ✨Come back to center✨ When I'm centered and calm, I make better decisions and I show up better for myself, my family, and my clients.

My attention and focus is going to "focus" itself. I feel distracted by a lot of things these days. Not able to filter noise vs signal. I need to focus on the signal, what propels me forward. 🔥

@Pumehana Palmer hmm good question. I guess I am not doing a very good job of differentiating the two at the moment 😅 What I try to do, is to make sure I prioritize my priority. Say no to things that might feel good in the moment but not aligned with my priority. Super fluffy answer... on the journey to get a better filter of noise so that I can focus on the signal! What would you say is your way of differentiating?

@Pumehana Palmer Professionally, cold outbound emailing, inbound inquiry processing, CRM updating, etc. Essentially, helping our sales team focus on selling and forget the mundane/tiresome work. Working on packaging this up and combining with GTM strategy as an offer 😁 Personally, ranges from strategic placement of my keys so that I never forget them 🔑 to creating an AI powered assistant that handles a myriad of requests, which I don't really use 😅

Need your honest opinion!
Okay, so our new website is established, and now we have to build it out. Right now, I’m aiming for a lean, mean MVP (minimum viable product) that makes it really easy for a website visitor to say either, “Heck yes, I wanna work with them!” or a clear, “No/not right now.” I need your guys’ HONEST opinion on what you look for when you go to a service provider’s website. (Feel free to add more context in the comments ⬇️)

@Pumehana Palmer I’m tempted to say “all of the above”… Partially because I don’t know what your service is. For something I can make the decision completely online (like a ~$20 subscription, thinking ChatGPT), I’d check if there is a free trial, and check the price. For higher ticket services, I would never really be able to decide with a website. The website acts as a digital business card, and the decision would be made by 1. Do I really need the service right now? 2. Do I like who I am speaking to (usually via discovery call) and 3. How quickly can I get out if things get sour (is the contract month to month, or is there a commitment period?) Not sure if helpful but just my $0.02
