Proof of Business Address for Relayfi
Hi, do you know any good provider for a proof of address that is accepted at Relayfi since there are very strict with their proof of address requirements. I have provided a landline phone bill and it was rejected. Do you know any good alternatives that might give no headache?

ITIN APPLICATION: Is it the tax payment mandatory?
I’m applying for an ITIN. I already have certified copies of my passport and all forms are correctly filled. Question: 1. I had no income or taxes to pay last year. Will the IRS accept my application? Or only if there is an amount due? 2. Let’s say that I report a “voluntary tax payment” how do I pay it if I still don’t have a taxpayer identification yet? All online payment options become unavailable with it.

ITIN you get only you have a reason, e.g. amount is due or you want to claim a tax return or you have an LLC. the other question I dont understand.

Single Member LLC US Bank Account - Non US Resident
Hey guys, so I've been studying this for a couple of days now on how to open a business account in US for non US resident. I've seen that if I can get a personal bank account in the US, I could easily use it to open a business account. So thinking about this I found the Charles Schwab International account Have any of you used this account or something similar to open a business account in the US? Additionaly, I saw that using something like anytimemailbox.com could work as well, and it's also cheap *If anyone has gone through these processes recently and wants to engage in this topic it would be awesome so we can see other perspectives as well

do you have an ITIN? if so you can open real us bank accounts otherwise they are some alternatives without the need of ITIN. you need ITIN for a credit card.

@Brandon Smith if you want a us credit card you need an ITIN if you dont need them you can use your cards too

Do I need a registered agent to start an LLC and get an EIN or can I do it on my own?

If you dont live in the state where you want to form your LLC you have to use an registered agent who is located in the same state. If you form in Wyoming you have to use a Wyoming registered agent. There is one that cost just 25$ in the year. I can recommend him.

Wise asks about another Trading Address
My trading address is not CMRA, but wise decided to decline it after some time. This issue already faced @Hh Ll by previous post. Any solutions? How do you found your address in the US?

I had a similar situation. You must provide a real bill or lease agreement for your business address. Having multiple LLCs will be costly because those locations are more expensive. The best solution would be to provide a real trading address. Use your home address or provide a good proof of address for one single trading address, and let all your LLCs accounts run under the same trading address. Wise knows them anyway because they are under your personal account. So, update the address of your personal account and register your LLCs trading addresses under the same personal address. You can still use other businesses address (virtual office etc) but the trading address is your "real" physical location. I am not that fan of but its better you do the effort for one physical location than for multiple business locations.
