I'm selling casinobeavers.com, but to be honest, I have no clue what a domain like that should be valued at. When I look up other similar domains listed for sale, I get everything from 3 to 8 figure prices. Any ideas what a domain like this is actually worth?

Hi Thomas, I think it would only be 8 figures if the price was $00,000,900 :) As a investment I don't personally see intrinsic value (perhaps without the s on the end) but you have some backlinks, although the homepage is not indexed. I'd price at 3 figures on GoDaddy/Dan/Afternic but you could try to list it at Atom for 4 figs, i.e. https://www.atom.com/premium-domains-for-sale/all/q/casino/tld/.com

Really liking this new (to me at least) platform by Ross Gerson (ex Empire Flippers) currently in beta https://acquiringdigital.com/ - it aggregates listings from all the top brokers/marketplaces and totals up the amount of deals, almost four billion dollars! What do we think the blended average sales commission is for the industry now, 8-10%? That makes over $300M in commissions to be sold/won right now!

@Joe Thomsett I think the real top end will be lower likely 4-7%, the long tail will be more 9-15% still
