A Message To Consultants: Things are Changing
This is a message for Consultants. Specifically someone who sells coaching or a course to help people solve their problems. In 2022 I: - Spent two days in LA with Sam Ovens (on track to become billionaire) - Spoke with Alex Hormozi ($200m/year portfolio) - Spoke (and worked) with MrBeast (130m subscribers) - Spoke with Cole Gordon ($2,000,000/month) - Met Bas Slot in Lisbon twice ($1,000,000/month) My conclusion after all of this was simple: This industry is changing… The smartest people have noticed, and are already taking advantage of this shift. Everyone else will be left behind. Watch these clips (5-10 mins) to spot the shift. - Clip from Sam Ovens - Tweet from Alex Hormozi - Another tweet from Alex Hormozi - Clip from Cole Gordon (making $2m/m+) - Clip from All In Podcast (all four are Billionaires) - Clip from Alex Hormozi Watch those clips before reading on. They're short. Here's how I see things changing: - Direct Response → Brand - Ads → Content - Selling → Giving And to me, this is a GREAT SHIFT. Thank fuck this industry is FINALLY maturing. It's no longer enough to have flashy marketing and great sales skills. You have to build a brand. Over the past few months I’ve hinted at this shift quite a few times, and how I've used it to make $100,000/month profit (and sometimes even $90,000 in a day). I've made a: - 33 minute Loom video explaining this new model - 21 minute Loom video explaining how I got 600,000 subscribers using this model - Free course explaining how to build a great community - Loom video I sent to Alex Hormozi about using trends to grow an audience when he asked me to help him grow his YouTube - Notion page explaining the lessons I learned about YouTube growth from speaking with MrBeast - Google Doc explaining the content system that grows your audience in just two hours per week

This is why you're not making more money
All businesses have bottlenecks. Maybe you don't have enough traffic. Maybe your CPA is greater than LTV. Maybe your offer sucks. Or... Maybe you suck. Maybe your bottleneck isn't what you think it is. Maybe it's you. Maybe you lack a certain skill, belief, or trait. Look internally.

@Benedek Santa I definitely agree with @Fedor Favorsky here. Beleifs are harder to diagnose than character, with lack of skills being easiest to disgnose. If you believe you have all 3 and the action you're taking isn't getting you anywhere, I would start with looking at your beleifs THEN character, and lastly⁣ skills. To disgnose beleifs look at your actions. If someone else is taking the actions (or lack of) that I am, what would that person believe? EX: Shying away from opportunities and experiments with zero downside (except to ego) may indicate that you don't believe you deserve success. Disgnosing character is easier and more direct. I want to be a patient person, am I delaying gratification like a patient person? Skills is arguably the easiest to disgnose since you can usually measure your inputs. Ex: sales. If I make 100 calls and I'm not converting, then it MUST be that my skills are lacking.
I've got Andrew Tate's brain for you, guys
There was a post where lots of you requested his brain to be transcribed. So, here you go! So, I've not just transcribed his 9 hour long Hustlers University course, but made it readable and digestible. Got rid of all the fluff, his upsells of other courses and preserved his style. I've watched the rest of his courses, but they link back to HU. So all the information you need on his mindset and his business secrects are stored here. Here's the link to Google Drive. Enjoy!

@Fedor Favorsky This makes sense actually. Taking someone to court takes a bunch of time and resources-- it's why business disputes are almost always settled.
Who's in Austin Texas (or want to move)? A Proposition...
Howdy y'all! I have just moved from Eugene to Austin and am wondering who else lives here! I would love to meet up and grab a coffee. ☕ Also, I had this crazy idea of subleasing a 4 bedroom house and renting out the rooms to other synthesizers... Like a TikTok house but for synthesizers who are serious about making a liviing by synthesizing [SYTH HAUS]. Any takers? I have already put out some feelers and found a nice, renovated hosue (granite countertops--- the whole nine yards) about 15 minutes from downtown in South Austin. Alternatively, if you're able to move and not overly attached to where you live-- move here and join us!! You know what they say... you're the average of the people you spend your time with. I would love to spend my time with other synthesizers who are focusing on getting better every day and making money doing what they love. Send me a DM!

I just made that number up. But I had a thought I wanted to share, that may have crossed your mind before. The chances of you being born are slim. But what's even more slim is the fact that you're not born as a mosquito, a plant or a cute porcupine. You are born as a human being. A human being with internet power, a brain, a human who is capable of creating things never created before. But here I am, scrolling on social media. Complaining about what I could have been instead of just taking action. Imagining what life would be like if ''I just started playing piano and went to the gym more often''. How proud would I be? Note to self & people who relate: Perhaps you consider this a strong take but I think it is insulting to your ancestors, to all the species on earth who wished to be in your position but instead you decide to eat oreos while scrolling on Instagram to fap to next hot girl you saw. 270+ generations for you to sit here today, but instead you're on 9gag or Battle.net It's time to stop insulting your previous generations, and do something useful

I agree. The mentality I prefer is to take action out of an abundance of gratitude due to infinitely small chances.
