I've been busy these last few days! Made colloidal silver for a few clients✅ Took another final and passed(two classes to go to complete my ND program!)🙏✅✅ Have been busy sewing costumes for these boys of mine✅ Here mom life and professional life blend together! I wear many hats simultaneously. Wouldn't trade any of this for anything else, though! How about you, how do you balance all the roles in your life?

In this way, a simple daily walk outdoors becomes a powerful tool for restoring balance and aligning the body with its natural rhythms Even a short walk of 20 to 30 minutes outside each day can meaningfully support your circadian rhythm. Ideally, this should be done in natural morning light within the first few hours after waking, when sunlight has the greatest impact on resetting your body’s internal clock. For deeper benefits—like improved mood, hormone balance, and immune support—aim for 45 to 60 minutes outdoors most days. The key isn’t intensity, but consistent exposure to natural light and movement in fresh air.

I had a friend that would take walks in the morning. She would say that was the time she would use to enjoy nature and speak with the Heavenly Father. I used to walk in the morning with a friend that I previously served in the military with; but since she has been busy with her family we have stopped. I need to get back to walking even if it is by myself. Thank you for sharing this beneficial information.
