Hi everyone, I’m excited to share the second round of testing for my Before the Breakthrough App! This is the first week of a 7-week journey I’ve created to support busy individuals who want to cut sugar. This opening week is all about building conviction (changing one's mindset)—helping app users to discover why cutting sugar might be your pathway forward. From my own experience and working with clients, I’ve learned that health isn’t always the first reason people choose to change. Many of us connect more with things like overeating, feeling sluggish, or overspending on food. By the end of this challenge, the goal is simple: for you to see the truth of your own habits and open up the conversation about how real change can happen.
