Google sending limits!? 🤔 (are high)
Just read that Googles sending limits for private accounts are 500 emails a day, and 2,000 for workspace accounts! So, why do we limit the sending to 20-25 emails/day in our campaigns through Smartlead or Instantly?

Jens, if you send a lot of emails, this will trigger Google to "look" at the account to see if it's a spam email account and can get the inbox shutdown. Google just went through a huge change last month that got a lot of domains shut down. Be careful sending a lot of emails and 20-25 is now a lot. Check Jays's latest video on his findings from over the last month. https://www.skool.com/lead-gen/cold-email-just-changed-again?p=52d26688 His Master Class will go into a lot of the reasoning and also shows you how fast things change in this space as it's only 7 months old and the email limits and suggestions for providers have already changes. Instead of the goal being "How many emails can I send?" It should be "How many emails can I send and not get marked spam or promotional AND make it so the recipient will read and respond positively?"
If you use AI to create content, this class is a cheat code.
I just finished this “Prompt Engineering for AI” course and it leveled up my prompting fast. It’s 25 sections (~24 hours), but if you’re new to AI prompting, the first 5 sections (about 3 hours) are pure gold. My prompts were noticeably sharper overnight. From a cold-email copywriter’s lens, the big wins: - Cleaner prompt structures that cut revision time - Stronger subject lines and hooks - Better personalization without the “robot” vibe - Faster research prompts for angles and proof points - Show testing methods to ensure your prompts are consistent Start with the first 5, then decide if you want the rest. The class goes for around $20 and is cheaper than their $50 book (they have an O'Reilly book out https://a.co/d/21QpFeh) Class link: https://www.udemy.com/course/prompt-engineering-for-ai/

@Mishall Rashid Yeah, it's not a "conversation" if you give it the right prompt. The info is SOOO much better. I've watched a lot of videos with HUGE prompts, and while they are great and needed for what was being done, you don't always have to go that extreme (unless it's for production).
n8n or Clay?
Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been diving into lead enrichment workflows and wanted to get your take. I haven’t used Clay yet, but I’ve been checking it out — looks powerful, though the plan that lets you use your own API keys is a bit pricey (go figure 😅). On the flip side, I’ve already spun up my own n8n instance and started building out enrichment flows that pull data into a spreadsheet. So my question is: why would Clay be the better option if I can already automate the same steps inside n8n? Is it mainly that Clay’s UI is built for non-programmers and makes things a bit easier to manage, or is there something more under the hood that justifies the cost? Would love to hear from folks who’ve used both Clay and n8n — what’s the real-world advantage in your workflows? Thanks!

@Max Khalus Yeah, my TAM is very constrained. It's more of enrichment for the leads and finding the right connections. I'm thinking that the mode(s) I come up with to do this will just get bigger and more detailed as I work it out and will be low number of models. That's why, after the input I've received (though not many) is leading me to just stay with n8n. Plus, I'm a developer at heart, making it easy isn't as needed. Having more power... umm ahh... yup that's they way.

@Serena McDonald Since we sell to only ServiceNow customers, our TAM is limited by those who use ServiceNow. Also our target market is mostly Federal and larger organizations, further limiting the smaller TAM.

Instantly DFY is Crap.... are LGJ Inboxes effected too?
Instantly DFY is so Crap..... Logged in Yesterday to see that all 4 of my DFY accounts are Offline. After getting in Touch with instantly i get this: After checking with the Team, a recent automated suspension sweep from Google impacted a few of your DFY accounts. These sweeps sometimes occur, even when there’s no issue or policy violation on your side. The following domains were affected: xxxxxxstrive.com xxxxxxstrive.com To keep things running smoothly, we’re replacing the affected domains at no cost to you. Please use the DFY search portal to search for the new domains you want (do not initiate checkout) and reply with 1–2 domain name options (for each replacement) you’d like us to use here in the chat. Your usernames and settings will stay the same - only the domain will change. Here's how to access the DFY search portal: We’ll get your replacement accounts set up right away once we receive your reply. Thanks for your patience and understanding, and please know we’re on top of it. 4 month of spending money to warm them up is down the drain..... super annoyed

First, that sucks! This thread took me by surprise so I did a little research on the issue. And it looks like it's a combination of things going on. Here is the summary: Google made a major push against spam and mailbox abuse in August–September 2025. Their August 2025 spam update was broad, fast, and hit both websites and email deliverability hard, especially for anyone using automated tools or “warmup” mailboxes. This update targeted both classic spammers and legitimate outreach users, wiping inboxes and causing sudden drops in deliverability. There’s confirmation that Gmail is specifically clamping down on automated warm-up services due to the risks of spam, abuse, and fake sender reputation. Manual warmup (real emails, slow ramp) is now the safest play. - The August 2025 spam update finished rolling out in late September and impacted lots of “safe” senders. - Google’s new AI filters are stricter, with lower complaint thresholds, stronger authentication requirements, and rate limiting on new/inactive domains. - Many warmup providers (like Instantly, GMass, Woodpecker) have been forced to shut down or switch away from API-based warmup for Gmail altogether. If your inboxes were affected, it’s probably part of a much wider sweep. Manual, human interaction is essential now—Google is actively blocking or removing anything that looks automated or “spammy,” even if coming from paid warmup tools.
