1) I’ve been going to the gym and doing calisthenics (mostly handstands) for 2 years 2) 90-day goals: get my hands comfortable holding onto handstand canes (it’s pretty painful on my fingers because of how wide I have to spread them on the canes - idk if this is because I have small hands or if this is something that everyone has to get comfortable with when they start working on canes??), get a consistently clean mount on handstand canes, 60-sec handstand hold. 3) Besides fitness, I like to draw and garden, and I have the 2 most awesome cats ever 😻
