Self-Care is NOT Selfish
Think about how you feel physically, mentally, and energetically after practicing yoga. Are you happier? More at ease? Less reactive to the everyday BS? In a society that pushes us to focus on everything outside ourselves, yoga reminds us that self-care isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. By prioritizing our well-being, we can show up as a healthier, happier version of ourselves for the people we care about most. Yes, it make so much sense! Taking care of how we feel on the inside so we are better able to deal with everything thats going on around us. Yoga is such a great tool for this! 🥰
