What are you working on this weekend?
After a rough end of day Friday (optic migraine had me out of commission)... I am reclaiming my weekend. I went to a Women's Reset event all day at church and now that I am home, I'm digging into some of my listings, helping students with underwriting and prepping for a strong week by reviewing last week and previewing this week so I keep my quarter 4 goals moving forward! What you up to?

Lots of time spent last week on the car biz. I’m handing my commercial lease issue over to my lawyer and moving forward towards a bright future
Wins please!
This week was rough for me - let's end it strong with some wins. Who has some to share?

@Tyler Richey It's a sf foreclosure. I learned some important things so it was good.
Tammy’s Tuesday Tear-Down: MTR Math — Would You Take This?

Would you take it? Why/why not? What’s your minimum spread after utilities? Comment TEARDOWN after you post your thoughts/questions - I will post my final thoughts tomorrow morning!

My math was at 80% occupancy, it only made $300/mo and the set-up wasn't paid for yet. Also no cleaning fees or maint included. Didn't seem very good to me.

@Tyler Richey heh I was thinking that too...there must be a cheaper way 😆
Tammy’s Ten-Minute Tip: Your MTR Booking (Fast Path/Update)
Got 10 minutes? Grab the free Mid-Term Rental Listing Playbook (Classroom → Free Resource Library) and do this: - Refresh or create your Furnish Finder profile (bio idea: “Clean, quiet housing for travel pros.”) - Use the Playbook’s HR/Nurse Manager script to message 2 nearby hospitals with your availability. - Pair your Airbnb with one specialty site from the Playbook (insurance/corporate housing) and cross-list. - What’s in the Playbook: best MTR platforms + insurance-housing channels, copy-paste outreach scripts, and simple pairing tips—so you fill vacancies faster with longer, higher-quality stays. Question of the day: Which channels are you using now? If you’re already live somewhere, drop your listing link for quick peer feedback!
