@Eshana G and I are hiring Video Editors for our agency, Vibe House Media. This will start on a project basis for long-form and short form content, with potential to move into a full-time roll. Please read below before applying //// What you’ll be editing: •⁠ ⁠1–2 long-form videos per week •⁠ ⁠Talking head/expert-style content (think: Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, or Vanessa Lau) •⁠ ⁠Pacing, sound design, and storytelling all matter. This isn’t basic jump-cut editing. •⁠ Short-form videos in various styles and at various frequencies What we need from you: •⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio of long-form YouTube edits. •⁠ ⁠Ability to add emotion, tension, and energy to an otherwise static video. •⁠ ⁠Comfortable with async work, weekly deadlines, and feedback loops. •⁠ ⁠Fluent in storytelling, memes, captions, and sound effects. •⁠ ⁠Experience editing for business, entrepreneurship, or personal brand channels. •⁠ ⁠Motion graphics. //// Typical pay: $100 - $200 for a 15-20 minute video, $15 - $35 for a 60 - 90 second edit.
