HuRU Crew Real Talk Question of the Day 👀
We’re all here because we see the magic in Skool — otherwise we probably wouldn’t be using it. That said... no platform is perfect. So let’s get honest (and helpful) for a moment: 👉 If you had the chance to sit down with Sam and the Skool team and say, “Here are the things that don’t quite align for the HuRUs...( or even just for you)” — what would you share? This isn’t about being negative — it’s about fit and alignment. Some things might be fixable... some may just come down to personal preference or use-case. For transparency: my understanding of Skool’s inner workings is limited — but from what I’ve seen, Sam and team seem far more open to feedback than most platforms. I mean... I doubt Zuck is exactly taking notes from FB Group owners over at Meta. 😅 So let’s crowdsource some clarity: ✅ What frustrates you? ✅ What feels clunky, missing, or misaligned? ✅ What can you not stand? (Say it nicely… or not 😂) ✅ Bonus points: If you have a solution or workaround suggestion, drop that too. This can come from your experience as: - A community owner / builder, or - A member / user inside groups No piling on — just honest insight that helps us all navigate better. 👇 Let’s hear it, HuRUs.

HuRU Heart Check ❤️
“In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it.” ~ Marianne Williamson What I love about HuRU is this: we’re not waiting for “someone else” to do the work. We show up — imperfect, hopeful, human — and lead with heart anyway. Today’s micro-mission: ✨ Drop a ❤️ or a heart GIF if you’re here to lift people up. ✨ Leave a comment of alignment if this community feels like a place you belong. I’ll tag a few of our regulars to kick it off — but this one’s for everyone. Haven't been around the Crew lately? Come on back and drop a ❤️ Been quietly lurking from the shadows? It's OK... come give some love today We are in the throws of the holiday season, for some it's the happiest time of year but for others it's stressful, riddled with anxiety or down right depressing. So today, find the power in your heart to spread kindness, joy and love for this community and every community you are a part of (online or IRL). Your heart matters here 🫶

The holidays used to be difficult for me because of some family members and the depression that consumed me in winter months. Thankfully, I have the latter managed and now have healthy boundaries with narcissistic relatives. I hope everyone is doing well! Spread some love around!
HuRU Crew - Message of Gratitude!
“The grateful mind is constantly fixed upon the best.” ~ Wallace D. Wattles Thanksgiving is usually about turkey, pie, and being thankful for the usual stuff... But the HuRU Crew isn’t exactly a “usual stuff” kind of group. 😉 So today, instead of the standard gratitude post, we’re taking a page from Wallace D. Wattles — minus the 1910 vibes — and giving gratitude a modern twist. Wattles talks about gratitude as more than a nice feeling. It's a power source. A mindset upgrade. A way of tuning your brain toward the opportunities, possibilities, and magic that are already trying to reach you. In everyday language? Gratitude is how you stay aligned with the best version of yourself — and the best things life keeps sending your way. And when we look around at our world, our journey, and this community... YOU are what we’re grateful for the most. Whether you’ve been with us since the early days or literally just walked in... Whether you’re loud and active or quietly soaking up every nugget... Whether you’re in full momentum or starting from scratch... You bring something unique to the HuRU Crew, and we feel it. Every. Single. Day. So on this Thanksgiving, @Shannon Koss and I want you to know: ✨ We’re grateful for your energy. ✨ We’re grateful for your courage. ✨ We’re grateful for your curiosity, your growth, your stories, your breakthroughs, and your fresh starts. ✨ And yes… we’re grateful for your sense of humor, too. (You know who you are. 😂) This community isn’t just a group — it’s a vibe. A movement. A support system. A place where people stretch, learn, breathe, try again, rise again, and go after the best in themselves. And we are so honored you choose to be part of it. So from our hearts (and our holiday plates) to yours: Happy Thanksgiving, to our U.S. HuRU Crew. And to our HuRU Crew from around the world... we celebrate our gratitude for you this holiday as well. We love you, we appreciate you, and we’re wildly grateful for every single one of you.🧡✨

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone! I'm grateful I found you guys! ☺️
What Brings You to Skool?
Some people are here strictly for personal growth and transformation. Others are here to build a business (community based or otherwise). Perhaps a mix of the two... personal growth leading to some sort of business building or monetization. And there are some who are on Skool, just to be part of a community (or maybe many). So what's driving you? I would love to read comments about this. I was going to include a poll, but didn't want to limit the free flow expression of thoughts 💡 Let's hear it 👇

I'm here for the communities, but also to grow mine. I love helping people with gardening questions and learning what my members are working on.
🔥 Feeling like quitting? OK...
...That's natural. Maybe even a little bit healthy. Just remember: R = Q + 1 (at least) As long as your restarts are equal to the number of times you quit plus one... you will still win. Quit if you need to—but always restart with at least one step forward. That’s how progress survives the heat of the journey. 💬 What’s your “+1” this week?

I'm on a spiritual retreat this weekend, so just doing a quick check-in on here, but I've already begun letting go of things that do not serve me.
