The Power of Intention
One of the biggest things I've learned over the years is this: We are always creating. We create based on what we believe we deserve, what we expect, and what our past has taught us. Sometimes this power gets misdirected. Not on purpose — just out of habit. For example, if I say, “I need to earn more money,” my creative self will try to help… But it uses old data. It remembers: “Last time earning money was hard.” So it recreates hard. Suddenly: - I’m exhausted for no reason - Things break or get chaotic - Work feels heavier than it should Not because I’m failing… But because my creative self is literally trying to help me accomplish the goal the old way. The shift is in re-teaching what the goal actually means. For me, earning more money means: → Working 2 focused hours a day → With ease, flow, and clarity So I practice being the version of me who works that way. Every day I show my creative self: “We don’t do hard anymore. We do aligned and efficient.” This is how new patterns are created. This is how life starts feeling lighter. I’m inviting anyone who wants to try this with me: 30 days of showing your system that success can be easy. No burnout. No grind. Just intentional creation. If you want support / accountability / implementation tools — I have a space for that. Just let me know.

Love your approach with the 2-hour focused work sessions! I think what you shared actually highlights something deeper that a lot of people can relate to. I’ve been reflecting on this idea that the top 1% don’t just follow routines — they become the routine. Their minds and bodies adapt so deeply that execution becomes automatic. The moment we start working, our brain often begins negotiating. For example, you enter the 2-hour work session and start hearing voices of:“Is now the best time?”“Should I do it differently?” Even with the best intentions, this negotiation can sneak in and create procrastination, chaos, or the feeling of “busy but unproductive.” This is a problem I actually face — distractions beat my willpower. That’s why having a clear, intentional system — like your 2-hour focused blocks — is so powerful. It trains your creative self to act with ease and clarity, without getting stuck in old patterns. To top it up, I would also think of creating a system that you operate within: e.g., these 2-hour blocks are at what time, what is to be done — it becomes more like a thing that happens and not something you think about. I have been trying the same technique on several things, and I can say I see some progress, but it also takes a lot of time. For anyone reading this, I think the takeaway is: creating aligned habits isn’t about forcing yourself to grind longer; it’s about designing your routine so that your brain doesn’t have a chance to negotiate. That’s when focus and productivity become effortless — exactly what your 2-hour sessions are modeling.
Let’s Talk Marketing — How Are You Getting Clients in 2025?
Hey I’ve been really curious lately about how businesses here are actually getting clients today. The marketing world is shifting so fast — between social media, SEO, paid ads, and now AI — I feel like what worked even a year ago might not work the same now. I’d love to learn from your experience. What’s been working best for you lately to bring in clients? - Is it SEO, referrals, social media, or paid ads? - Do you run your ads yourself or work with an agency? - Have you noticed any shift in where your best leads are coming from? Also, I recently came across this idea of “AI Optimization” — basically, optimizing your business so it can be found or recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini if you have interacted with this ai models you might have noticed they now can help you find a product to buy , and this actually creates an aportunity for people with businesses , i do not know how the future will look like if they will start charging for the spaces i am not sure . And if you’re currently facing any marketing challenges, please share those too — someone in the group might have a solution or tip that could help.

Building my Offer - Advice request
Over the last month (and a bit), I’ve been doing so much soul-searching — inspired by @Emmanuel Velasco and the 5-Day Tiny Challenge. I never expected it to completely shift my direction, but here we are: I’ve decided to leave my original bookkeeping-business plan behind and step fully into something that feels much more aligned. I’ve been refining what I truly want to create, and I think I’ve found it: a 90-day group experience designed to help people rebuild clarity, calm, and confidence through a blend of mindset work, energy alignment, and simple business structure. It pulls together all of my strengths — my creative side, my career in finance and systems, and everything I’ve learned through my education and life experiences — into one powerful, high-ticket offer. Here’s the vision: - 10 participants per group - $3,500 per person for the full experience (about $300/week) - One weekly live call - Digital tools and resources that can be reused across cohorts - At least $500+ of value each week through training, templates, guidance, and breakthroughs - I’d love your input! 💭What kinds of digital resources, tools, or experiences would you love to have inside a program like this — ones that deliver real value and can be reused in future cohorts?

Personally, I’v thought about this kind of offer through the lens of Alex Hormozi’s Value Equation, and decided to focus first on one variable — Perceived Likelihood of Achievement since it directly shapes how confident clients feel in getting real results. Here are a few core inputs I believe could really strengthen that part of your offer (especially since you’re building something premium around $3,500): 1.Proven signature framework that works 2.Real case studies & testimonials 3.Personalized feedback & guidance people love to be heard and seen your choice of 10 people is great 4.Quick wins in the first few weeks this keeps people motivated and they try to get more 5.Clear success milestones The goal here is to make people believe they can achieve the result the moment they hear about your offer that’s what elevates it from good to premium. If you’d like, I can help you think through how to apply the rest of the Value Equation too like increasing the Dream Outcome or reducing Time Delay that’s where it really starts to get exciting I am looking foward to seeing working on this project. What are your thoughts

@Toni Kuebler This is actually true . Different ways of teaching have different ways of delivery .In this age and time we have very many tools . eg ai tutors , we have skool , etc they all depend on what is actually the goal in mind as each tool one thing it does well than another
⚖️ The False Hope of Balance While You’re Building Something Big
We’re often told that “balance is the key.” That we should step away, rest, breathe, spend more time in nature — and of course, those things matter deeply. But here’s the truth that doesn’t get said enough: sometimes balance isn’t possible when you’re in the building phase. Sometimes, you have to be wildly out of balance for a season in order to create a life that allows for true balance later. I’ve felt the guilt that comes with it — the guilt of saying no to family because there’s a deadline looming, the guilt of ordering takeout (again) because there’s just no time to cook, the guilt of surviving on caffeine and two hours of sleep because your dream keeps whispering, “Don’t stop now.” But what if that’s okay? What if this is what balance looks like right now — the balance between doing what’s necessary today so you can be present tomorrow? If you feel that fire inside you, that urgency that says “I have to make this happen now,” — trust it. You’re not lazy, you’re not broken, and you’re not wrong for needing to work harder than others might understand. This isn’t about glorifying burnout — it’s about recognizing the reality that some seasons demand sacrifice. And when you make peace with that, when you stop feeling guilty for doing what’s required, you gain clarity and purpose that will carry you through the hard days. So, if you’re drinking energy drinks and living on determination — it’s okay. If you’re working late while others rest — it’s okay. If you’re saying “not right now” to family because you’re building something that will serve them later — it’s okay. Just promise yourself that when the season changes, you’ll rest as hard as you’ve worked. Because this is temporary. But what you’re building? That’s forever.

@Clarissa Castelan Clarissa, I really like what you’ve shared here. You’ve done something huge by opening up and talking about your personal life that takes courage. What you said is so real; most of us who are building something big can really relate. Actually, there’s a certain community I’ve seen that operates by the idea of “connect, collaborate, and co-found.” it actually the 100m money models That really clicked in my mind while reading your post. We’re all here because we want to grow and help each other in one way or another, and this kind of openness is what brings people together. You mentioned that your husband hasn’t found work yet — I really believe there are ways we can brainstorm together and come up with something that can grow into a real business. For example, from where I come from (Kenya), labor costs are way cheaper compared to countries like the U.S. or Canada. That’s something that can actually be leveraged in a smart way. Like, imagine building a business where part of the team works remotely from places like Kenya or India — it cuts costs but still keeps quality high. The average salary in Kenya, if you check online, is much lower than in America, and that alone shows how collaborations across countries can really make sense. I don’t know if you’re seeing what I’m seeing, but there’s so much potential here — from software services to AI training, remote work setups, and more. I’m open to any questions or ideas anyone here might have. The main goal is the same — to help each other grow and get things back on track financially and mentally.
🌟 Day 1: Achieve Anything — Focus on Inputs, Not Outcomes
💭 Theme of the Day: Confidence Through Control How much confidence have you lost from goals you didn’t hit? We’ve all been there — setting big dreams and falling short again and again. But what if the problem wasn’t you… it was where you were focusing your energy? Today’s message flips the script: You don’t achieve your goals by obsessing over outcomes. You achieve them by mastering your inputs — the actions fully within your control. 🎯 The Core Lesson Leila Hormozi breaks it down into two steps that can literally help you achieve anything: STEP 1 — Focus on Inputs Over Outcomes - Inputs = the daily actions you can control.(e.g., walking 10k steps, sending 5 outreach messages, studying 2 hours) - Outputs = the results that depend on other factors.(e.g., pounds lost, deals closed, test scores) When you chase outcomes, you feel anxious and defeated. When you track your inputs, you build confidence and consistency. It’s like gardening 🌱— you can’t force flowers to bloom faster, but you can water the soil, pull the weeds, and make sure there’s sunlight. Your growth is inevitable when you nurture the process. ⚙️ STEP 2 — The A4 Method: Awareness, Affiliations, Aptitude, Autonomy 1️⃣ Awareness: Track your actions and habits without judgment. Become an observer of what’s helping or hindering you. ✨ “You can’t fix what you don’t notice.” 2️⃣ Affiliations: Surround yourself with people who lift your standards. Distance yourself from those who drain your drive. 3️⃣ Aptitude: Skills > Motivation. If something feels impossible, ask: What skill am I missing? Then go learn it. 4️⃣ Autonomy: Own your actions. Your future self is built by today’s behaviors, not today’s feelings. ✍️ Day 1 Challenge Prompt In your journal or post below 👇, reflect on these: 1. What’s one goal you’ve been chasing that feels stuck or overwhelming? 2. What 2–3 inputs (daily or weekly actions) could you focus on instead? 3. Which of the four A’s do you need to strengthen most right now — Awareness, Affiliations, Aptitude, or Autonomy?
