Predictive maintenance
Hi Everyone. I’ve been running a maintenance software for a customer for a few years now, and it currently has a large history of equipment and maintenance records. Recently, the customer approached me with a request for an AI solution that could generate predictive maintenance suggestions and also manage technicians’ schedules, including accommodating last-minute requests within the existing agenda. My first thought was that this might not necessarily require AI—do you agree? I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether AI is the best approach for this, or if there are simpler solutions that could work.

Hot Take:
Hot Take: AI isn’t replacing people; it’s replacing excuses. One person using AI can do the work of five. While some complain it’s “taking jobs,” others are building systems that work while they sleep. So be honest, is AI the problem, or are people afraid to adapt?

I built an intelligent assistant for customer support
A few weeks ago, I asked myself a simple question: What if an assistant could answer all the frequently asked questions for e-commerce services or any online business? So, I built an intelligent assistant 🛠 An AI assistant that understands my own documents (FAQs, procedures, customer guides...) and automatically responds to users. ➡ Less time wasted. ➡ Higher customer satisfaction. Today, this solution can be adapted to any business that wants to automate its customer support or create an AI assistant based on its existing documentation. The demo is available here : https://www.linkedin.com/posts/virtuel-all-tech_are-you-spending-too-much-time-answering-activity-7385225696425435136-JNs4?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAAFNTSu0BMmAIuDsPU-opNQXNfJE12Ba-Vg4
