First Things First. Thank you @Thor Aarsand for this powerful, grounding & in the same time uplifting Call yesterday. My W-Lan connection to my higher self is still on a maximum and the creativity and insights are flowing over like the Nile in heavy rain. I wanted to share some special about myself, that poped up yesterday at the diner table. My wife started a gratitude ritual, at the beginning of her pregnancy. Before we're starting to eat, we'll tune in the vibration of gratitude and speek out loud, one by one, for what we're greatful. Yesterday my wife got a brilliant idea. Because the last days were full of topics about honoring your self, beeing proud of what you done and so on. So yesterday befor diner we talked about the things, that happend last year, that we're proud of and we both said alot because the last year was craaazy, in a good way. Now here is the point. After I thought I was done with my self honoring. She started to summarize a few different things, that were really honorable, things I forgot to mention, things I did in the last year where I could be proud of. But I wasn't. For everything she said my mind went "That is a matter of course." and I didn't felt the vibration of pride. I pushed it down. This realization brought me to a point of understanding. It's not only about gratitude, it's also about pide. Beeing proud of what you've done, beeing able to see what you've done. Navigate through the dark storms of your mind and getting to the habour of Gratitude & Pride. Love and Light to y'all -Nicolaj

My father, Cliff, is the most passionate and humble man I know—so devoted to the security of our family that he gave up being a rockstar to be my dad. And my mother… wow. She has endured more pain and hardship than I could ever imagine. She was once a Pilates instructor, transforming people’s lives through movement. Before that, an inventor, where she met my father as a musician. But now, she struggles with stage three Crohn’s disease, fighting every day just to get out of bed. She was the strongest woman I had ever known… and now, I am convinced she is the strongest woman in the world. Why has the very woman who dedicated her life to helping others heal and reclaim their bodies had her own health taken from her? I do not know. But what I do know is that our love has been strengthened because of her pain. Now, let’s get to the mojo :) As a kid, my dad worked a lot, especially when I was younger, but when he was home, we connected deeply through video games. My relationship with my mom was more tense, but I was always inspired watching her train people as a Pilates instructor, transforming their lives. She was my disciplinarian—making sure I did what was asked of me. From second grade onward, I was heavily medicated. The first thing I saw every morning—before I even got the chance to take a conscious breath—was a pill being put in my mouth.
