Pax and I practised curiosity together this morning. We had @Pat Stuart with his powerhouse of a dog Sundance visiting yesterday and it was Pax’s job to find every single spot Sundance was, and pee over it this morning 😂. I have to say, I tried to stay curious, but after the 7th pee I was mentally checked out 😂🥱😂. Pat is on a very cool journey with his dog and so transparent about its challenges and rewards. I’m also really grateful that I have friends who go out of their way to see us and we had a lovely family lunch together with everyone to acknowledge how precious it is to have meaningful connections. Hey lovely souls, So there won't be a recording of the group call today. Mainly because it was just such a lovely space where people shared their vulnerabilities, joys, frustrations, hopes, tips (e.g You don't have to sit on a cactus! 🌵 @Jane Purdon - you legend) and love for their dogs. I did guide a meditation at the end, but I might just record it as an ongoing tool and put it in the resource section. So yeah, I'm beyond grateful for everyone showing up and helping me with this movement. I deeply believe in my heart that the world will be a better place if we use the love for our dogs as a way to stay present, kind and strong. Especially in times like this.
