Would anyone who's currently in the paid skool be willing to share what it includes? I attended the Make meeting in Dec but felt a bit lost - it seemed like everyone else already knew the context. I missed the year-end special since my payday came right after. Before considering the $97/month membership, I'd love to hear more about what's actually included in the program. Have you build a website recently? You see I recently learned about The European Accessibility Act that comes into effect on 28 June 2025. Another EU regulation right. Well, this one on part "fun" as GDPR just with WAYYY higher impact on everyone. As I am working on my own website, I am making a video on how anyone can build a website. But also, how to build it the right way and not be in trouble on 28 June 2025. I wrote a blog post all about it. I am curious what website builders is everyone using? And how did you made your last website? :) I also cover in the blog post reasons way I think EVERYONE should have a website and be discoverable by AI search engines. :) p.s. Andrej Karpathy is one of the original co-founders of OpenAI. And he has been one of my trusted sources for years now. Andrej just published a 3h video explaining how ChatGPT is build and how it works. Video is made for general public, it starts with explaining how data was collected, how raw data gets turned into tokens and what tokens are.. Won’t spoil it to you, but if you will watch this do share what has been a new information to you. P.S. in the beginning Andrej shows turning tokens into emojis which has been a big prompt hacking technique for a while to use emojis as secret tokens to get LLMs say what they should not.

I made a quick video yesterday trying to explain what is the big deal with Deepseek. There are many, but distilling OpenAI models is definitely not one of them. Open-source is great, too. But the real deal is them proving that with a new technique (MLA) it is more efficient (93.3% better) to run LLMs WHILE preserving same performance. I made a blog post with links here.
