Yo, I'm Tim, 35, been training 3 years now and last competed at English weekend of strength. Working hard through a long off season looking to improve for next time around and hopefully qualify for Brits. Feel like biggest room for improvement for me is nutrition, I eat well but don't currently phase it alongside my training and think that's what I need to take me to the next level

Hey guys I’m Aonghas, 24 and a PT in Manchester Done my first two comps this year, first timers in June and Novice in August. Came 8th/22 and 9th/30 in them. Looking to move up to inters next year and see where I can go from there
