Firstly, go on a diet like animal based which is where you eat beef, lamb, pasture raised chicken and pork, eggs (pasture raised or organic), fruit, 80g of liver a week and also have some organic dairy if you are still developing. Secondly, you can put minoxindl on your eyebrows if they are quite thin. Lastly, breath through your nose and also where mouth tape when you sleep to ensure that you breath through your nose
Thumbpulling
People who have thumbpulled, have you noticed any forward growth or nah?

Struggling with acne
I am 14 Male and have been struggling with acne for a while now, tried skincare products, good diet, etc. but it won't go away. It's mostly on my T-zone. Guys lend me your advice. Here's how my acne looks: Edit: I don't sweat from my face( I had forgotten to mention this crucial detail)

@Shinji Barrett I would recommend for you try an elimation diet like animal based for 30 days which is where you can eat beef (grass fed perferably), lamb, chicken (it must be pasture raised or organic as normal store bought chicken contains a lot of omega 6s which have been shown to cause acne if you have too much), have 80g of liver per week as it contains a lot vitamin A which is good for the skin, fruit but not too much, dairy but it has to be organic and not homegenised, and eggs (get high quality eggs from a local farm or organic). Once you have done this for 30 days you can slowly add the old foods which you used to eat 1 by 1.
The Ultimate diet guide
Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share some insights about diet. I'll be talking about why having a healthy diet is so important and what a nutritious diet looks like. Why is it important to have a healthy diet? Having a healthy diet is a must for people who want high energy, to improve their looks, want to grow tall, better sleep and even having good mental health because you are giving your body the right nutrients it needs, and not intoxicating your body with junk food which supplies your body with no nutrition. Here's what you should eat: - lots of red meat (preferably grass fed as it's more nutritious but it is fine if you can only afford grain fed) - Eggs (Try to get pasture raised eggs or organic) - Lamb (Grass fed) - Liver (Have 80g per week) - Chicken (Pasture raised is must) - Pork (The same as chicken) - High quality fish - Organic dairy: (Milk, Cheese, Kefir, Yoghurt) (Preferably raw and from a high quality source and only have dairy if your are still growing) - Ghee, butter and tallow - Fruits (opt for organic as non organic fruit are typically sprayed with something called pesticides which can affect your hormonal health, and also wash your fruit with baking soda as this can get rid of 80-90% of the pesticides) - Elk - Deer meat Foods to avoid: - Alcohol (no explanation needed) - Seed oils (makes u fat) - Processed food (also makes u fat) - Fried food (also makes u fat) - Artificial sweeteners - Gums (Gums like Xanthan gum are often in food and are bad for ur gut) Supplements: - Vitamin D3 (get at least 1 hour of sunlight a day in the summer but if you are in the winter get a high quality vitamin d supplement like this one: https://doublewoodsupplements.store/products/vitamin-d3-k2-liquid-drops) - Raw royal jelly
