Anyone know best thing to snack on and bring to the SAT during the 10 mins in between? I heard it's better to have a sugary candy bar or something because it'll give you a boost of energy
Try locking in on your sleep schedule and exercising a bit before your test date; it helps your body take advantage of its shut down time and i've noticed a huge difference of not getting sleepy during those type of questions since my body has the opportunity to be fully awake. it really just comes down to a good sleep schedule.
