Introductions
The beauty of this community is that we are from different places in the world - but on the same mission. What I want to know: (Answer in this format) 1) Your name - 2) Where you are from - 3) Your interests/hobbies - 4) Why you started seed retention - 5) What you are looking to learn/discuss with me and the other men in this brotherhood - I'll go first. My name is Austin, and I'm grateful to host this community for you guys. I am from the United States, and I currently live in New York but will be moving soon. My interests/hobbies are piano, martial arts, philosophy, and just recently - content creation. Why I started seed retention - I didn't actually know what seed retention was at the time I started it. I had just went through a bad break up and was tired of using porn to cope with the heartbreak. After a bad relapse - I told myself that time would be my last and I stuck to that promise. That "streak" lasted 8 months until something crazy happened...(we'll save that for story time) I am most looking forward to hearing your stories and your personal goals with retention. There is so much to learn on this journey and my goal is to save you the trouble of the many mistakes I made, and show you the map to the treasure inside you. Not as a life coach or spiritual guru, but simply a man who has walked the path and can point you in the right direction. Now I want to hear from you - and so do the guys in this community. Grand Awakening brothers. My Name is Odwa Tandani I am From South Africa in the Small province of Eastern Cape. My interests are Spirituality, Mental and Physical fitness. I love reading, mostly Gnostic Gospels, Nag Hammadi. I recently started learning Sacred Geometry also. I started semen retention a few years ago when I stumbled upon a video of a Japanese philosopher Mantak. But have been falling off the wagon every time I try. My longest was a Month and then boom back to square one. The reason I started was because I hated feeling guilty and depressed and I noticed my game with opposite gender was getting weaker. I have unconsciously retained for three weeks but when I felt the urge was I stumbled upon this community. I am looking forward to learn from others about their journeys and how to cope with urges. Also We could learn and Collab with each other to break the borders and give birth to something new.

When you stop letting the world steal your energy People will start coming for it next Other men will try to ride on your coattails or take advantage of your kind energy Women will try to use it to calm their chaotic energy. Brother this happened to me this week. The Mother of my three kids came to visit this week after a long time maybe like a year and a half. We've been meeting at her place when I go fetch the kids but this time was different-she came along with us. Point is we were sleeping in the same bed for the whole week but nothing happened. I was tempted and I won't lie, I was the one who initiated it but luckily enough she declined and now that I think about it she saved me from relapse coz at that point, so many emotions arouse from our conversations at night and I thought why not 🤷🏿♂️. But what I noticed is she was trying to cypher my energy, taking advantage of my kindness and sending me mixed signals as if she wanted me to persuade her to come back. As soon as she declined me, my will to retain snapped me back and I was focused again. So I can relate to that. Side Note: I have been unknowingly retaining for Three weeks before she came so now that I am conscious of my Journey. I feel proud. Thanks Bro
