During the Synthesizer Games I was 100% focused on growing instead of managing my community. I want to switch modes now and get better at providing fun energy and relationships within the group. And good ideas you’ve seen work in other communities? (My community is based off of a 30-day challenge for reprogramming your mind with 5 core habits.) (I’ve also thought about doing a book club kind of thing because one of the habits is reading, but I have no idea how book clubs work 😂)

Recently I've been thinking about participating in the Skool Games. Before, I completely ruled it out. "There's no way I could win this with my low ticket community" "I can't compete with these guys" "How would I even make that much money?" These were all thoughts that came to mind when the idea came up. Today, after getting inspiration from speaking with a bunch of high-level entrepreneurs like @Hamza Ahmed and @Ryan Duncan I decided to go all in on creating my high ticket Youtube Skool. I thought about what I was going to do all day while I was out with my dad - eager to take action right away. The moment I got home, I did exactly that. One hour later, I'm writing this post. Here's what I did: - Created my community - Made a logo & cover image - Designed the About page - Set the price ($999) - Came up with deliverables - Created a mission statement - Started messaging potential clients It took me exactly 1 hour to do this. If I was able to do all this in one hour, what's stopping you from taking action? - Script the video - Do the sales call - Start the community Just do SOMETHING! You need to... because success is reserved for those who can reduce the time between thought and execution. I will keep you all updated on my journey with this. 🚀
