I’m currently looking to do Virtual Wholesaling. I’d love to get some advice from someone who is currently doing Virtual Wholesaling and has done it in the past.

VIRTUAL WHOLESALING right now. From what I have been listening too I need to cultivate a relationship with a few buyers first. Find an area that meets the criteria. 100K =Population Median Price under $300K Then I find a list and call the seller. See if they are interested in selling. Find boots on the ground to look at the property.(JV partner) would be best. All the while developing a relationship with both the buyer and seller. Does this seem like a good starting point to you? @everyone
