Thank you for sharing. Do you feel that your spouse carry your happiness? Are you expressing what you need? We often times get into marriage thinking our spouse is suppose to make us happy, but I'm learning that that's partly true. I'm learning to still rejoice in the storm and not to allow anyone to have my peace & joy even if a need is not met!! It's been a change of mindset for me as well as taking my emotions to God. Just because I feel it, that don't mean I have to react. This is growth for me. I'm learning to allow God to carry those things that's hard to accept but also those things that I can't change in others.

I believe it's the hardest when one spouse is carrying the load, giving and pouring, however you have to rely on God to give you what you need for a season! Keep your heart right he hears every prayer. It may not always be 100% on both sides but the awareness makes the difference. We both should carry, sacrifice and give ourselves for one another- it makes it lighter on both ends! You got this! Be encouraged keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. It's not easy but it's possible.
