Hey Sam, Team and Community. Isn't it possible to create channels (like in Slack) instead of having one big timeline (like Facebook Groups). I think its way more organized and costumer friendly to have channels, to direct the requests of costumer in the right channels/direction. That would help to give a way better overview.
