November's topic is Connecting in Colour. Imagine a scenario where you could meet a prospect, client or colleague and within 2 minutes or less understand the personality type you are dealing with. How they like to communicate, to make decisions, to process information - and if they are the opposite type of personality to you (usually a challenge or where we don't 'click' with people) - we can easily adapt of flex our own behaviour to still build high trust and rapport with them. That's what this month's topic is about - the art of rapport and influence - fundamental to success in sales or leadership.
