Lesson Plan for week of November 3rd
November's topic is Connecting in Colour. Imagine a scenario where you could meet a prospect, client or colleague and within 2 minutes or less understand the personality type you are dealing with. How they like to communicate, to make decisions, to process information - and if they are the opposite type of personality to you (usually a challenge or where we don't 'click' with people) - we can easily adapt of flex our own behaviour to still build high trust and rapport with them. That's what this month's topic is about - the art of rapport and influence - fundamental to success in sales or leadership. Your Lesson Plan for this week is to download and read the short ebook on the subject and the Colour Quadrant graph both attached here. Time Required: 15 minutes approximately. Innovation Award
Hello, we are up for an innovation award and are through to the next stage where we have to pitch. There is a specific criteria we will be assessed on which appears to be based on showing the industry problem, and the solution, showing high levels of innovation and comp advantage, a well presented and articulated solution, showing strong market opp and route to market and time and investment needed, and our expertise. We have 10 mins for a high impact memorable presentation. Any or all advice appreciated!

Pitching Advice
Hello, just out of curiosity wanted some feedback. We are pitching to an existing client, who has had some restructuring within their retail division so would be people in the room who might not know what we do. What would be the best advise in terms of pitching to them, very conscious of not losing the room - any advice appreciated 😊
