Unlocking Organic Content Marketing for Skool Growth
this is a COLD, HARD TRUTH about organic content engagement isn't the key metric ... ... publishing and shipping the content is here's the thing 👇 people are consuming it - they're watching - they're listening - they're reading and you might have NO idea they are so, you have to trust the process that's HARD! --- and it's the real work I've been reminded recently of the first time this truth came into my life in a previous business I prolifically wrote for our FaceBook page ... and we did a video series where an episode dropped weekly the posts would barely get any engagement just a few likes and the odd comment I'd be out and about of a weekend at our Academy Kids sporting games and I'd have random parents I've never met before come up to me "you're the guy from those videos!" "I love what you're doing ... this post about XYZ really helped me with my daughter" "I look forward to your posts every day" but best of all ... "we've been meaning to get our son/daughter in! Can we organise a time?" it became a main source of client acquisition for us there were times I considered if any of it was working and if it should be continued if I'd gone based off engagement we'd have killed a major revenue source and this same truth has been playing out again for me recently people who have NEVER liked or commented on my posts here are sliding into my DMs - one has become a client - one is in the process of becoming a client - three others are my ideal clients and we're seeing if we're a good fit for one another the key to content isn't engagement IT'S MAGNETISM it's writing for ONE specific person speaking DIRECTLY to them calling out their CURRENT EXPERIENCES in their daily life if you're currently creating content and the engagement you want isn't there ... use this as a reminder take a moment. pause. reflect "is the core theme of my content MAGNETISING my ideal client?" "can I do more of it" "can I be better at magnetising deeper"

How To Solve Problems and Grow Your Skool - FAST
problems are an inevitable part of life ... especially business the rate of our growth depends on our ability to solve problems the faster we identify and solve the problem - the faster we grow but the essential step isn't actually SOLVING the problem the essential step is this 👇 IDENTIFYING the actual problem solve the wrong problem and the CORE problem still remains this means there's still a limit to the rate of growth we can experience what we're really looking for inside our businesses is the CONSTRAINT what's slowing, or stopping, the growth? solve that, and the flow naturally picks back up I was introduced to the "theory of constraints" by a past mentor they described to me how business can be viewed like a production line - one person puts the show on the conveyor belt - one person puts the sole on the shoe - one person puts the shoelaces on - one person puts the logo on - one person does a final check if at any point, someone is slower than needed - the system is constrained remove that constraint, and flow occurs again oftentimes in business - the problem you think is the problem isn’t actually the problem there are A LOT of things to do there are A LOT of different things to consider there are A LOT of different variables at play … what avatar … what channels … what offer … how will I help them … why should they listen to me all GREAT questions! — and all of them need solving I get that … but which one needs solving first? it’s those that moment that your judgement is the best tool you have and your judgement is most potent when it’s dealing with objective reality not when it's being subjective and trying to THINK through the process “the mind” is what slows us down all its thoughts, opinions, assumptions and beliefs “the mind” is a terrible place for thinking it often gets us into trouble - BIG trouble and to get out of it we have to have better judgement … which means, better data one of my past clients was a property investment coach

How I Made $16.5k in 48 Hours On Skool ($6.5k collected)
the real work of entrepreneurship is being comfortable in all the uncertainty ... working through the "is this even working" phase @Tristram Samoa posted yesterday about this getting kicked in the dick over and over again - with the random, unexpected win thrown in at odd times I've experienced that lately I questioned things, as I'm playing the game differently to most the alternate paths make sense to me --- but there's this powerful energy deep inside me to stick to this path and I got validation it's working over the weekend I'm not marketing the community yet anywhere off skool ... no ads ... no content ... no outreach and just this weekend I had two clients pay me AND two others "sign up" for annual the first two paid one was $5k for 3mo, and the other was $1.5k for a VSL + about page optimisation and some emails the two annuals have booked their initial call they've verbally expressed commitment this call is to confirm they're a solid fit for the overall vibe of the community all four were inbound DMs people I'd never spoken with before on skool all four expressed "I want to work with you" I've reflected on why this is possible and what the causal factor is so I can replicate it and what I found was one word - QUALITY that's the game I'm playing right now I observe most people are playing the QUANTITY game ... they're shooting for volume and it makes a ton of sense the math works out much better that way converting 4% of 50,000 is 2,000 members if they all pay $125/mo, that's $250k/mo my goal is QUALITY though - leads - I only want to be speaking to my TOP 1% people - 1:1 interaction and support for members - quality human connection and relationships (between me and members, as well as members and members) that likely means things will be slower, as more friction is added than is necessary and I'm okay with that (but my ego isn't 🤣) how did this $16.5k come about? a few universal laws

Skool Growth Is Simple When You Know This
I'll be honest that I can't remember who I first heard this from it could've been Jim Rohn ... ... or maybe Peter Diamandis ... ... or someone completely different it doesn't matter - they were much, much smarter and experienced than I am but the lesson hit me hard "success comes from doing the right things, at the right time, in the right order, the right way" this is FUNDAMENTALLY different from doing things right there is an order to things a naturally process that creates and allows for optimal flow in life, and in business building, growing, and scaling our skool communities is no different do the right things, at the right time, in the right order, the right way the challenge is identifying what those "right" things, "right" time, "right" order, and "right" way are what are they for you? honestly, no idea the best place to start is analysing your data it will give you the insights you need identify the constraint - more traffic - better traffic - higher conversions - better retention - better monetisation (pricing, profit, LTV, CAC, etc) that will point you in the right direction and then, focus on it like your life depends on it ... because at some level, it does I've been absorbing different 1-Day Hormozi recordings on my runs lately ads, content, and conversions are my focus right now so I've been intent on listening to those and I've been channelling a lot of Sam lately --- specifically, his intensity in focus there was something he said in the June recording Video 7 on Conversion Tactics ... and the 6:45 minute mark "this is the most valuable thing to me" he's talking about skool community owner feedback that's his most valuable metric and piece of data he optimises his workday for it he mentions he spends half his workday on this alone why? because it's data that guides him better than anything else having those conversations is his "right thing" the information he gathers in those conversations helps him identify what's most pressing, where the leverage is, and where the current and potential future value lies

$44,000 in 18 days With Skool—No Paid Traffic or Sales Calls
***UPDATE: the FULL video is live now → https://bit.ly/44yx06H Still in the middle of the launch. But wanted to see if there was any interest in seeing how I generated $44K in just 18 days with Skool. It was less work than you may think. The best part is my calendar is clean without any sales calls. I don't know how to run ads so I didn't use them I could talk about: - How I'm generating traffic on TikTok and YouTube into Skool - How I'm using Skool to sell products (without sales calls) And also the tech behind it: - My automated content machine (Airtable, Zapier & Google Drive) - The backend tech with Skool (Zapier & ThriveCart) If you're interested in an A-Z video (or even a webinar) comment "video" below and I'll put it together. PLUS I'll DM you when it's out. If there are enough people I'll do a full webinar. I'll be doing this in my community. Loving Skool!
