DAY 2: Research eBay — Find 10 Sold Paintings
Task:Go to eBay. Search "original acrylic painting" or "original canvas art." Filter by SOLD listings (left sidebar). Find 10 paintings that sold and screenshot them. Post the screenshots in the Day 2 thread and share: - What subjects sold (animals, landscapes, flowers, abstracts, portraits) - What sizes sold - What price range you're seeing ($50? $150? $200?) - What style catches your eye that you'd want to try Bonus: Find one painting that sold for over $100 and break down why you think it sold. 10 pieces , Abstract, still life, lot of landscapes and a festive and fan art. Ranged in prices from £20 to £500 plus. I think the textured flower one sold because of the colours and perhaps the texture. To be honest I don't know what I want to try but I think the still life. Or the one that makes the most money 😆

Hi my name is Ngarita (the g is silent) Im originally from New Zealand but have lived in the UK for the last 30 years. Iv only started painting (done the odd canvas here and there) but have had an interest for awhile now. I have been in health care for most of my working life and Im wanting to change my vocation. I was meant to in the last year but life has kept me there along with the security of what I know. I really enjoy painting, its my happy place. My job involves a lot of hours 24/7 around the clock 3 weeks on and 1 week off but Im trying to fit in painting when I can. Im wanting to leave and think I should take the leap and have faith so I have the time to do what I enjoy in painting. My sister said to try and sell my art on Ebay and thats when I came across your You Tube Cor. So happy I did. Im guessing I could commit 21 hours per week at the moment depending on work? Abstract Flowers
Well my day didn't go to plan but all good. I havent manage my 5 today yet but here's 3 I have finished. Its the first time Iv painted like this (Autumn bloom in a pumpkin) and I really enjoyed it. I did the challenge of 15 minutes but completed the pink tulips in 40. The daffodils are my fave though I dont make it easy on myself...need to pick easier reference 🤪🤪 Im really LOVING painting variety which I would of never done previous to watching Cor.

@Yemi Miles thank you. Not yet but will offer the option to buy framed when I list them. I have to get frames....I went to find yesterday didnt have size...Im getting ready to start listing.
