Hello, I have been Dr. Emilys patient for a few years now. Through Dr. Emilys guidance and treatments I have managed to successfully overcome a number of medical challenges. I have been on the carnivore diet for a while now and have managed to see a big difference. I must admit, it was difficult at first to break away from my standard menu but through time and commitment and Dr. Emilys determination not to give up on me, I have been able to get through those challenging moments. Up until 13 years ago I was physically active. Unfortunately that all came to a screeching halt after being diagnosed with a life altering medical affliction. I never thought I would be able to successfully lose weight much less improve my health through dieting alone. After Dr. Emily and I had the conversation about the carnivore diet I remained skeptical until I finally decided to give it a go. I have been on the carnivore diet for a few months now and have experienced a noticeable difference. I have lost 17 pounds so far and my overall health has improved significantly. I can honestly say it's exciting to feel good again! If it wasn't for Dr. Emily my health would have continued to decline.
