Hey Devin, just wanted to touch base with you. I have a lead in OR that I would like to use the installment method on given the new regulations there. The seller has an auction date in two weeks. Can you walk me through the ideal way that you would like to JV on this? Just pre-qualify the lead, and then hand it over to you to lock it up?

@Devin Robinson Yeah propertyleads nationwide $50 per lead but I am working on starting a Facebook campaign. Just 1 deal under contract at the moment but have a few other leads I'm working on!

Wholesaling is ILLEGAL in SC.
I don't know if you guys have seen it, but it's now illegal to do wholesale transactions in the state of SC even if you are licensed. CRAZY! Here is a video I did as a response to one of the people that put this law into action. Pretty crazy. What are your thoughts?
