Always loved running, but over the winter period I am turning it up a notch. Running 3-4x a week. Mainly to keep me busy and not drinking lol but also to get a sub20 5km run. Always been a goal of mine to get under 20mins but never have I achieved it yet. (21.03 currently my pb) This is my running plan for all you runners out there 💪
@Adam Smith ah mate you know don’t ya. When you start chipping away at your best time and feel fitter it becomes an addiction. No better feeling. Very good distraction to stay away from anything naughty too tehe
Every morning before 6am gym. Black coffee, banana, squirt of honey. Always used to train fasted but find just a little something like this gives me that extra kick. I sometimes chuck in a Rice Krispies bar in there too if feeling mischievous
