Finding them one company at a time in Apollo works, it is just slow enough that the list will not be done before Q4 is over. I assumed having Apollo mcp to Claude would suffice, but it hasn't. So I am trying to understand how people structure the work optimally: 1) Where does the manual part sit in your process? Up front choosing who to look for, at the end reviewing what came back, or both? 2) How do you decide which contacts are worth revealing and which are not, before the credits go out? 3) What do you do when a company is small and the titles you expect are not there? 4) How to speed up the process without burning through your tokens (Claude), credits (Apollo) and most importantly your time? If you have run this on a real list, even a rough outline of the steps would help.

Is there a work-around for not burning through calls with Apify?. I keep burning through my monthly quota in less than a week ($19/plan). Even when I raise the cap to $50 its still burns thru it in 1-2 days. Do I just bite the bullet and go for the $199/month plan?. My concern is that with my usage I would just burn through that before the month ends as well?. There doesn't seem to be much difference in the prices either per compute unit per plan.

Grokbot went ultra viral and I fell for it. HARD. Signed up for the $300 a month heavy plan just to try it. Had Claude Code zip up my entire knowledge base and every scheduled task Bob runs, dropped the folder in, and Grokbot built 12 sub agents on its own. Named them, wrote their descriptions, all of it. Then I paused Bob and let Grokbot run my business. Cold email, presentations, n8n builds, Reddit posts. It did the work WORSE. Bob lives on a Mac Mini in my office and costs me nothing to run. And he already delegates to sub agents through Kanban when a job actually needs it. I'm keeping the Grok subscription anyway. Not for Grokbot. There's something else in there that changed how I run Claude Code completely, and that's the real sauce in this one. It's at the end of the video. Also, they dropped it to the $100 plan.
