Hi everyone โ€” quick question about Voice AI. Iโ€™m setting up the Voice AI website widget (the one that speaks to visitors inside the chat widget). In my case, nobody will be calling it โ€” it will only talk to users on my website. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Question: If Iโ€™m only using Voice AI inside the website widget, do I still need to buy a Twilio/LC phone number โ€” or can it work without one? And if a number is required, can I just purchase any Twilio number only so the AI functions, even if customers never call it? For context โ€” Iโ€™m based in Saudi Arabia, and Iโ€™ll also be using Conversational AI with WhatsApp (likely with my Saudi number). The Voice AI is just for website voice interaction. Would really appreciate clarification โ€” thanks!

Hi everyone, Iโ€™m currently facing an issue connecting my GoHighLevel WhatsApp integration. My WhatsApp Business account is showing as disabled, and when I try to contact Facebook (Meta) Support, the appeal link doesnโ€™t lead anywhere โ€” it seems broken. Because of this, I canโ€™t complete the integration or send any automated WhatsApp messages through GoHighLevel. Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a reliable way to reach Meta Support to reactivate or remove a disabled WhatsApp Business account so integration can work again? Iโ€™d really appreciate any guidance or steps that worked for you. Thank you

GHL transition question
Hi everyone, I have a question and would really appreciate your thoughts. Iโ€™m Mohammad Alotaibi from Lightspeed VT in the MENA region. We help companies and trainers deliver effective virtual training. Right now, we use Pipedrive, which is very activity-based โ€” every call, WhatsApp, and email is tracked, and we only create a deal once a demo is booked (โ€œno demo, no dealโ€). In Go High Level, Iโ€™ve noticed many people add every lead straight into a pipeline (New Lead โ†’ Contacted โ†’ Appointment Booked โ†’ Closed). Iโ€™m wondering: Why put uncontacted or unqualified leads there? Is it because Conversations replaces the need for activity tracking? And since GHL isnโ€™t very task-focused, do most of you rely on automations for follow-ups? We pay around $588 per seat on Pipedrive, so Iโ€™m exploring if GHL can scale better. Our funnels already run on GHL, so moving CRM there would make things more seamless โ€” but honestly, the CRM part looks kind of basic to me. Am I missing deeper CRM features in GHL? Would love your thoughts and real experiences. Thanks
