Can't believe it's week 4 already! This is definitely where determination is going to prevail. How is everyone's nutrition going? Are we hitting our cardio & core workouts weekly? What struggles are we facing? Remember, we have some incredible prizes awaiting us... and cash, duh.

Nutrition has been going well, though I'm missing some foods for sure (nachos, anyone?). But it’s encouraging to hear how other people are doing. Is there a chance we can get a video for the Week 4 cardio challenge? It has been very helpful to make sure I’m doing it right.
