Has anyone else noticed this trend? Many high ticket coaches are shifting their business model. Their $2000-$5000 programs are now being sold for $300-$500 where they only sell the video course without any group coaching programs. And they are keeping the higher ticket masterminds $10000+. So they basically have 2 main programs - $500 course and $10k+ Mastermind. Anyone who is deeper in the industry who can explain the shift?

High-ticket coaches are adjusting their pricing models due to: 1. Market Saturation: More competition in the coaching space. 2. Consumer Expectations: Free content online has changed what people are willing to pay. 3. Cost Efficiency: Selling video-only courses scales better without added workload. 4. Market Segmentation: Offering varied price points targets a broader range of clients. 5. Psychological Pricing: A lower-priced course makes the high-ticket offer seem more valuable. 6. Upselling: Customers might upgrade after trying the cheaper course. 7. Economic Factors: In uncertain times, cheaper courses appeal to price-sensitive consumers. 8. Tech Shifts: Improved online tools reduce course production costs. 9. Branding: An affordable course introduces more people to a coach's brand. In essence, this change in pricing and product offerings is a strategic adaptation to the evolving market and consumer behavior.

How to answer the 4 questions above: Copy and paste the questions in the comments with your answer underneath. It only takes a few minutes, and your insights will help shape the future of your community and offerings! 👇👇👇👇👇👇 Your feedback is invaluable to me. @Subkhi Suryanto thank you for sharing this. This is very insightful and I will be using this to guide me as I keep creating.
Keep it simple and realize you're focusing on solving a little bit fo the problem to prove your worth. Figure out what they're looking for and show them how to get it or part of it. Promote it daily on any platform with any type of content. Don't forget when you post content to create in the stages of the customer journey. Think: "What part of the customer journey is my marketing content focused on?" You can ask ChatGPT to help you create content for each stage of the customer journey. You can then promote your lead magnet inside your content. Your web pages needed are: 1. Landing Page 2. Thank You Page Here's an example: https://www.makeonce.com/elearning If you have questions please post them in the comments.

My biggest challenge starting out was: - I didn't know what to sell - How to create it or... - How to attract the right people that would buy it That's why I created BuildLab to help others like that. What's your biggest challenge with making money online?
1. Post daily content to generate attention and traffic to your website: - The reason we automate email follow-up is the same reason to automate traffic - You will need proven ideas and frameworks to create quality content quickly - You need a daily creation habit where you keep the creating process simple 2. Batch create content and schedule it to be posted on social media: - You will need a scheduled day or days of the week to create and batch content - You will need to pick the platform you can create the best on and the easiest (to start) - You will need scheduling software and a tool to store your frameworks (Metricool/Notion) 3. Create high-converting lead magnets and an automated email sales campaign: - The traffic to your website is worthless unless we can capture it and convert it into sales - My lead capture system: free 5d email courses, weekly newsletter, and free blueprints - You will create email follow-up campaigns to move leads through the customer journey IN A NUTSHELL: Create a system to create and automate traffic generation that drives people into your sales automation system so you have free space to create better products. Having better products makes your entire automated system work better and your brand grows faster with more security. Use systems and automation where the human-machine fails to operate consistently. Consistency is the name of the game assuming you have a real solution. Build your system. Have a schedule. Create daily. Automate. Have fun. Repeat. Grow. There’s the method now start building, Mike Ps. I included a PDF with this document I covered in the video to better help you. In the comments let me know if you like this content format. What was your #1 biggest takeaway from this and how will you start using it? Oh, and I almost forgot to tell you... I go into deep detail on this here.

I asked myself three questions about what I needed to do and why it wasn't getting done. Question 1 → What do I do each day? (my blocks) Question 2 → How will I get leads today? (my system) Question 2 → How will I get the content out? (the software) This video covers how I handled it and the tool I used to make it easier. In the comments can you share what you liked most about this? Thanks, Mike Ps. What is your daily publishing habit?

Hey Mike, I'm thinking ahead to when I'll be filming some videos. I plan on using my phone initially, but do you have a list of of some of the other recommended items that we can use when we're ready to get better video quality (mic, lights, software for screen recording, etc)? Thanks in advance.

Hello you crazy kidz..... So I'm listening to The Essentialist on Audible and from what I've heard I've decided to purchase the book and actually read it. I think it will be one of those books that, along with The Slight Edge, will make me a better person. I do want to recommend another book that changed my life and that is, Building A Second Brain by Tiago Forte. 👍

#How To Win (3 of 3) You just added another two Audibles to my ever-increasing collection. Simplification is clarification and clarification is how to achieve excellence. I am such a victim of shiny object. You are making me redouble my efforts to avoid that.

#How To Win (2 of 3) I have started a Tiktok channel and have uploaded to it everyday, not marketing vids but vids of chickens and such. I have been mainly taking this opportunity to learn how to edit videos on Tiktok and what makes them appealing. Now, I want to try uploading them on youtube and instagram also to increase my volume. Also, I now understand the key action levers being a conversion sealer. " Hurry! This offer is only good for the next 24 hours, to the first 100 people, or while supplies last!!!" ;P

For great content it's simple... Add value (solve a problem). As always we want what we can't have or fear of missing out on. Keep it simple and show up daily helping people and making them say to themselves, "I NEED THIS NOW".
#How To Win (2 of 3) turn up the volume. Again I need to do more before getting impatient and changing everything.

Almost 90% of the time it's just not enough volume. Consistent volume long enough will expose cracks and promote the right activities.
#How To Win (1 of 3) I had been going LIVE 3 days a week but obviously hadn't done it long enough yet. You have inspired me to start doing it again. Mon-Fri to start and really start being that sounding board for my audience.

I just think about it like going to the gym, only for my business. It's good in good out.
#First Principles (3 of 3) The math is very interesting. I'm not very knowledgeable in the marketing space, yet ;), but getting 500 clicks on a page seems easily doable. I could be underestimating the assignment but time will tell. Loved the vid, on to How to win.

The more you understand exactly how the customer thinks the more you'll be able to controllably increase the number of clicks you receive each and every hour of every day.
#First Principles (3 of 3) is the making only one change in your marketing at a time and testing it 100 times before moving on. I am guilty of making wholesale changes. I am pretty consistent with my content but get frustrated and probably change too many things to soon.

What I find is that the improvements usually come from removing something not adding.
#First Principles (2 of 3) Never stop testing to find something that will work because eventually everything stops working as well as it did. This is a never-ending process with marketing
