@Lawrence Neal Given his vast experience training collegiate athletes, professional teams, SWAT, etc., Im curious to see which group was most open to adopting HIT priciples โ€” and what strategies did he use to overcome resistance from those still advocating traditional strength models?
Greetings!
Hi everyone โ€” Iโ€™m Mike. Iโ€™ve been training in the Super Slow method for a little over a year now after reading Doug McGuffโ€™s 'Body by Science'. Iโ€™m here to keep learning โ€” both about the training methods themselves and also about the business side of HIT. By day Iโ€™m an accountant, and outside of work Iโ€™m a Dad of two (which keeps me busy!), so I really value efficient and effective training. To kick things off, Iโ€™d love to hear from those of you who actually run high-intensity training facilities: - Do you hold a certification from a recognized slow-strength organization (like HiTuni)? - Or if not, how did you establish credibility with clients without a certification? Looking forward to learning from you all! Thanks, Mike

@Lawrence Neal much appreciated, great advice. Are you referring to the 'Body by Science' Q&A book? If so I have that one.

I'm new to the training method and community but motivated to help others in their health and wellness goals, regardless of background. Here to learn
