๐ You DONT need a 2nd community
i know this may sound sacrilegious... but hear me out. skool made shit SOOOO easy for online business (like having success happen in 6 months, not 5 yrs) BUT There will always be roadblocks and in the last few months, we've identified a pretty glaring one: PROBLEM (if ur community is sub 500 activities average per day) people are opening their paid community too quickly and this makes the fail 4x fast, (even if theyre "doing everything right") cuz its 2x the effort and 2x the separation of paid members and free SOLUTION (I call this strategy "THE FULL TILT") 1. ur free community is also ur paid community community 2. default price = free 3. on sales calls switch to paid, then back to free after they buy 4. have paying member classrooms w the xtra stuff, (like a weekly paid call) Once you have a flywheel of 500 activities per day average, THEN you can MUCH more safely open your second, and begin the transition. youre welcome ๐
