Hey community - I thought it might be cool for other park owners to learn from a mobile home dealer's perspective and maybe set up a "workshop" in Waco, Texas with Clayton Homes. Things like: - Walking the dealer's lot and learning what's "new" with 2025 homes - Benefits of buying new vs. used homes - How a mobile home dealer can sell into your park - Different incentive ideas Clayton Homes has a manufacturing facility in Waco. It would be cool to do a tour of the facility and see how the homes are made. I've done the tour and it's awesome.
