PRP
I am going to be certified (hopefully) in PRP tomorrow. I’m very nervous. I am organized, have been a CMA (with associates) for almost 12 years. Relearned blood draws in the last year and saw how amazing PRP was when my NP I work side by side with did it on a patient. The results have been amazing on this particular patient (I know it doesn’t suite all). Any tips on the process?

@Kati Kaushal it went great! I was familiar with it already but the trainer walked me thru a few things and one more session like that and I get my certification! Still nervous obviously but I’m so proud of myself.

⚡️The WISeR Model is Coming…
Big changes are on the horizon for wound care reimbursement — and the WISeR model is about to redefine how skin substitutes are authorized, delivered, and documented in select states. If you’re in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Washington, Ohio, or New Jersey, this one’s for you. Starting January 2026, the game changes. 💡 What it means: - Prior authorization becomes the new norm - Payers get more control over medical necessity - Practices will need airtight documentation and process efficiency This shift could make or break many mobile wound care programs — but it’s also an opportunity for those who prepare wisely. Stay tuned — we’ll be breaking it all down soon inside Skool with real examples, survival strategies, and actionable checklists to keep your business ahead of the curve. 🔥 WISeR Survival Series drops soon.

New Smart Dressings That Talk Back
Have you all seen the pilot studies coming out on smart wound dressings that can detect moisture, pH, and infection risk in real time? Imagine a dressing that alerts you when a DFU is starting to shift toward bioburden BEFORE it clinically declares itself. This kind of tech could completely change how we triage, how often we round, and how fast we intervene. If this hit the U.S. market in the next few years—how would it change your workflow?
